You can place your online orders using Paypal, credit card, Shop Pay or GPay. 

We only accept online orders. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Also, we will keep you updated with the tracking details for your reference. 

We provide free Standard Shipping for all orders which takes around 2-5 days. We also offer Express Shipping for $4.95 which takes around 1-2 days only. 

It can take up to 2-5 days should you choose free Standard Shipping. If you need your order urgently, you can opt for Express Shipping which will only take 1-2 days for just $4.95. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up their orders from our warehouse. 

We currently do not have a physical store so all orders can be made through our website. However, we have a risk free trial for 30 days and if you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund. 

Yes, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee. Feel free to ask any questions you may have to ensure that our product meets your needs. If in any case that you find our  product unsuitable, you can return it for a refund.

No, it does not run on batteries. It is power plugged in. It has a small battery that serves as a back-up during quick power interruption.

Yes, this is wall-mountable. It comes with a stand as well. 

The clock has 13 languages to select from including Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Indian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Vietnamese.

No, the clock can only be set-up and adjusted in person, however, we are continuously innovating and hopefully will be able to add that feature in the near future.

Yes, it does have daylight savings option. To set it up, Press MENU > Select Daylight Saving Time > Press left/right arrow to toggle between countries you are in > Press OK to save > Press MENU to exit.  

Its power cord measures about 145 cm. 

You can add up to 32 alarms from the 40 different pre-set reminders. Follow these steps to setup an alarm:

1. Select Alarm:

Press MENU > Press arrow down to navigate to Alarms then press OK > If this is your first alarm, press OK to select Alarm 1. If this is not your first alarm, use the arrow down button to navigate to the next alarm e.g. Alarm 2 > Press OK

2. Set Time:

Press OK on Set Time to edit > The hour of the day will be underlined > Use up and down buttons to change the hour of the day > Use the left and right to move to the minutes > Use up and down buttons to change the minutes > Press OK

3. Set Date:

Press arrow down button to navigate to Set Date > Press OK > The day will be underlined > Use up and down buttons to change the day > Use the left and right buttons to move to the month > Use up and down buttons to change the month > Use the left and right buttons to move to the year > Use up and down buttons to change the year > Press OK

4. Set Repeat:

Press arrow down button to navigate to Set Repeat > Use the left and right to move to the days of the week you want the alarm to repeat on > Press OK and the day will be highlighted red to indicate it will repeat on that day > Repeat for additional days of the week

5. Set Alarm Message

Press arrow down button to navigate to Alarm Message > Use the arrow up and down to select what the alarm message is > Press OK 

6. Set Alarm Duration: 

Press arrow down button to move to Alarm Duration > Press left  or right button to select the duration you desire: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes or 5 minutes

7. Enable Alarm: 

Press arrow down button to move to Enable Alarm > Press OK to toggle between On and Off

8. Delete Alarm:

Press arrow down  button to move to Delete > Press OK

9. Exit:

Once completed press MENU to return to all alarms > Press MENU again to return to all settings > Press MENU again to return to clock

Unfortunately, you can not personalise the reminders. However, we made sure that all important reminders are added.

This is a great feature to have so hopefully we can add it in the near future. 

At the moment, the clock will alarm if there's a reminder, however, you will need to read it as it doesn't say the reminder out loud.

Press MENU > Select Volume > Press arrow left or right to select your desired volume (10 being the highest setting and 1 being the lowest setting). 

By default, the alarm will make a sound for 1 minute, press the OK or MENU buttons to turn it off. Alternatively, you can set it to your desired duration during setting up an alarm. Just follow the below steps: 

Press the arrow down button to move to Alarm Duration > Press left  or right button to select the duration you desire: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes or 5 minutes. 

Yes, the clock can be set to either 12 hours format showing AM or PM or 24 hours showing military time. To do this, plese follow below steps:

Using the button at the back of the clock: Press MENU > Select Time Mode > press the left or right arrow to switch to 12 Hour or 24 Hour > Press MENU to exit.  

Using the remote: Press EXIT/SETUP > Select Time Mode > press the left or right arrow to switch to 12 Hour or 24 Hour >  Press EXIT/SETUP.

Please press the arrow left/right button in the remote control to change between the different clock displays. You have three options like in the picture: digital in colour, digital in black and white and analog in black and white. View the different displays.

Yes, it can either display the time in Digital/numbers or Analog/clock display.

Advance mode displays the period of the day e.g. before dawn 

Default Periods of the Day:  0:00-5:59

Before Dawn  6:00-11:59

Morning  12:00-17:59

Afternoon  18:00-20:59

Evening  21:00-23:59 Night

The height of the text for each section displayed on the screen is:

Time e.g. 8:00am - 5.08 cm

Day of the week e.g. Tuesday - 2.54 cm

Time of the day e.g. Morning - 1.27 cm

Date e.g. 12 March 2024 - 1.5 cm   

The clock automatically dim it's brightness during night time. To set that up, press MENU > Select Automatic brightness > press OK to switch to AUTO > Press MENU to exit. 

Normal brightness starts from 7:00am to 6:59pm, screen dimmed to low brightness from 7:00pm to 6:59am. 

Press MENU > Select Screen Brightness > press OK to switch to one of the six modes (auto, level1 being the lowest setting level2, level3, level4, level5 being the highest setting) you prefer > Press MENU to exit. 

We have developed an extra low brightness level designed for the bedroom and also has automatic night time dimming.  

Press MENU > Select Set Time > Press OK > Press the arrow up or down to adjust > Press OK to save > Press MENU to exit.

To switch between or format displayed on the clock:

Select Date Mode > Press arrow left/right to select the date mode > Press MENU to exit.
